Welcome to Aaron School, a K – 12 program for students with special learning needs. Aaron School is accredited by the Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools of the Middle States Association and provides a well-rounded educational experience rooted in the belief that all students can succeed!
The Aaron School community believes that every child has unique talents and strengths, and it is the responsibility of educators to support, nurture, and guide them towards success. All children deserve to learn and grow in an inclusive school environment that celebrates their achievements, values their individuality, and supports them in reaching their potential. Through an ambitious and goal-oriented curriculum, students have the opportunity to grow academically, explore the arts, and develop their social competencies to form valuable relationships. Our goal for students extends far beyond academic success. Students are encouraged to explore their passions and develop critical skills such as self-advocacy, effective communication, problem solving, independence, and empathy towards others. Guidance around these concepts is woven through every aspect of programming and maximizes student success within and beyond the classroom.
While learning and growing at Aaron, students work with a talented team of educators in a structured learning environment. Small class sizes ensure that educators develop an in-depth understanding of each child’s unique learning style and students have frequent opportunities for individualized support. Instruction is rooted in researched-based methodologies and is delivered using a multi-sensory, hands –on approach, making learning productive, engaging, and exciting!
