Senior Projects at Aaron School. Congratulations to the Class of 2026!
Aaron School seniors proudly showcased the culmination of months of hard work, creativity, and dedication through their Senior Projects. The Senior Project is a meaningful opportunity that allows each student to explore a topic they are passionate about while learning and developing important skills in research, organization, presentation, and self-reflection. Throughout the year, students worked closely with their Advance Mentors to guide them through each stage of the process. This included drafting a proposal to present to administration, use of in-depth research, and the creation of a final presentation. Additionally, throughout the project students reflected on their project journey through written journal entries.
Students were encouraged to choose topics that were personally meaningful while also contributing something valuable to the Aaron School community. Through extensive research using a variety of methods and sources, seniors deepened their understanding of their chosen topics and demonstrated impressive growth as independent learners and creative thinkers.
One of the highlights of this year’s Senior Project experience, and a new component to the project, was participation in the Senior Project Fair. Seniors transformed their hard work into engaging poster displays and creative components that were shared with students, faculty, and staff. As guests walked through the fair, they had the opportunity to learn about each project, ask questions, and hear directly from seniors about what inspired them to choose their topic. The fair created an exciting and interactive environment that celebrated not only the students’ research, but also their individuality, passions, and creativity.
Seniors also delivered formal presentations to administration on the days that followed the fair. Presentations featured slideshows, creative projects, hand-out materials, videos, and demonstrations, each reflecting the tremendous effort students put into their work throughout the year.
The Senior Project process is a challenging yet highly rewarding experience that requires perseverance, responsibility, and commitment. We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 for the dedication they demonstrated over the past year. Their projects highlighted not only their academic growth, but also their unique interests, talents, and voices. Congratulations to all our seniors on an outstanding job!
