Senior Recognition Day

Senior Recognition Day

  |   Aaron School, Elementary School, Special Programs

In honor of the Senior Class of 2019, Aaron School celebrated their second annual Senior Recognition Day on Monday, May 20, 2019. Senior Recognition Day provides an opportunity for the seniors to reflect on their time here at Aaron School and all the hard work they put forth over the years. It is an exciting time at Aaron School as the seniors get ready for graduation.

The class of 2019 started the day with the Senior Walk. The seniors wore their caps and gowns and paraded through the Aaron School hallways led by Roberta Palumbo, Head of School. As they walked through the hallways administration, faculty, staff, and underclassmen congratulated them and cheered on the seniors. Students and faculty waved signs of congratulations, cheered “Go Seniors,” and gave high fives as they walked by. It was a wonderful moment for the seniors to feel so much appreciation from their peers and the Aaron School community. Celebratory signs remain on classrooms doors for all to see as the seniors complete their last few days of their school career.

When the Senior Walk concluded, the class of 2019 and administration enjoyed a Senior Lunch. Administration shared words of encouragement with the seniors, as well as reflected on how far these students have come. The students enjoyed remembering field trips that they had been on and memories from experiences they had at Aaron School. The Aaron School community would like to congratulate the Class of 2019 for all that they have accomplished and for exemplifying what it means to be an Aaron School student. We look forward to continuing to celebrate the seniors at graduation.
