Aaron School Thanksgiving Feast
Each Thanksgiving students and faculty work together to compile a tasting menu and prepare food for the entire Aaron School 30th Street community.
30th Street Afterschool Clubs
This semester, students are participating in a Soccer Club run by Mr. Scotto, a Gardening Club run by Ms. Kyrk, and a Road Runners Club run by Ms. Farris.
October Smash Week
From October 22-October 26, Aaron School 30th Street students participated in the first October Smash Week.
M202 Spreads Awareness for National Bullying Prevention Month
October was National Bullying Prevention Month. To support this cause, the seventh grade students of M202 created a Bullying Prevention Brochure.
“Start with Hello” Week
September 24-28th was national “Start with Hello” Week, an initiative started by Sandy Hook Promise to prevent school violence.
The Groovy Projects Visits Aaron School
On Thursday, October 4, our 7th-12th graders participated in an assembly with Nate Lombardi from The Groovy Projects.
Character Education: Adaptability
As the new school year begins, we all need to adapt to new life circumstances (e.g. the new season, new schedules, new classrooms, even new last names).
5th-7th Grade Spring Dance
On Wednesday, May 23, the 5th-7th graders had their annual school spring dance. This event was hosted by the upper school teachers and staff of Aaron School 45th Street.
Fifth Grade Field Trip to the American Museum of Natural History
For the past two months, the Birch and Cedar Rooms have been learning all about the earth and outer space! Students first learned about the different layers of the earth and what they are made of.
Senior Recognition Day
Over the next few weeks, millions of high school seniors across the country will put on a cap and gowns and receive their diplomas.
Third Grade Field Trip to the Paley Center for Media
The Redwood Room and Willow Room went on a fun and exciting field trip to the Paley Center for Media.
